These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Market Peacock platform, including all associated services, software, and integrations (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Market Peacock is intended for use by businesses. By using the Service, you represent that you are acting on behalf of a business entity and have the authority to bind that entity. While we do not explicitly block individuals under 18, our services are not directed toward them, and we expect users to be business operators or their authorized agents.

Market Peacock provides marketing analytics, performance tracking, and AI-driven insights by integrating with third-party platforms, including but not limited to:

  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads)

  • Google Ads

  • Shopify

  • WooCommerce

You grant us permission to access and use your account data on these platforms solely for the purpose of providing you with our Service.

To use the Service, you may be required to authenticate and link your third-party accounts. By doing so:

  • You authorize us to store access tokens or credentials on secure AWS-hosted infrastructure.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and access tokens.

We collect and store data necessary for delivering insights, analytics, and account management features. This may include:

  • Ad performance data

  • Customer data from connected stores (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce)

  • Product and order-level information

  • Behavioral and traffic analytics

All data is processed and stored securely on Amazon Web Services (AWS). We follow industry-standard data protection measures, including encryption and limited-access control.

6. AI and Automated Insights

The Service may use machine learning models to generate predictions, trends, and insights. These features are intended to assist decision-making and do not constitute business or legal advice.

7. Free Access and Future Pricing

During our prototype phase, the Service is offered free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid subscription plans in the future. You will be notified in advance of any changes to pricing and may choose to continue, upgrade, or terminate your account.

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful or unauthorized purposes

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt our software or APIs

  • Violate the terms of any third-party platform we integrate with

All content, technology, and software related to the Service are the property of Market Peacock or its licensors. You may not duplicate, copy, or reuse any portion without written permission.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, legal obligations, or third-party API policies.

11. Limitation of Liability

Market Peacock is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, and our liability for damages is limited. We are not liable for:

  • Third-party service outages

  • AI prediction inaccuracies

  • Loss of business or data

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
